Our repair service is also known as corrective maintenance, which entails isolating the cause of the equipment failure and replacing or adjusting affected components to restore equipment to its normal function. Calibration is performed after repair and before placing the repaired equipment back into service to ensure proper operation and patient safety.

Our relationship with our global group of suppliers allows us to easily purchase replacement parts for quick equipment repairs when needed. Likewise, our repair service can also be done either at our laboratory facility or on-site. Moreover, when the client’s requirements are beyond our capabilities, repair services can be arranged with our approved or accredited vendor. But of course, quotes and agreements are always provided for our clients’ approval before orders are subcontracted to our accredited vendors.
